I never was one to be influenced by what others think or eat. I will eat as I want and what I want. When I am home with my daughters, our portions are not as big as if we were at my mother’s for Sunday dinner. When I am down and depressed, I will eat less but I will cook as if I will eat with my daughters. When I am having a manic moment, I will eat more junk food. When it is a normal day or week then I will have normal portions.
