Unmistakably there are problems with communication within the bank’s staff. The lack of communication between management, the home office, and each branch are the cause of the problem. These communication problems are affecting the morale of its workers; the bank should take immediate action to develop each worker communication skills. Developing the bank’s staff and managers skills will establish and modify good relationships between its staff members. Furthermore, good employee communication skills will open opportunities for the future of the bank’s success.With better communication skills in place, each staff member will be engaged in everyday activities in the bank’s establishment. Above all, these action shows that upper management are approachable and is open to hearing what subordinate are willing to share. Moreover, positive communication will have a huge impact on the way the employees interact with each other. Following this further, the HR team can help to develop effective listening skills towards each other. In addition to, these action help the team become honest, show optimistic relations and display respect of its staff. To put it differently, the bank should implement a leadership strategic plan , and because of, the strategic plan its workers are motivated to do their best.
