Since then she has excelled in the industry, she become manager of a fast food establishment which she earns money to invest in her own business.As the owner of the business she is responsible in strategic development of the business, back-office administration, financial analysis, internal control, taxes and accounting records, payroll, daily operations, quality control, advertising, food costs, labor costs, liquor cost, oversee management controls, maintenance and repairs, and building the business profits and the overall operation of the business. And now she is now the owner of the FUN-Angina at the age Of 24 and enjoying the life with her trusted business partners.General Manager – JUDY ANN DEAL CRUZ Judy Ann Deal Cruz is uniquely qualified as the General Manager for FLING- Angina. She has been in the restaurant industry for over 2 of years. Previous experience include her being a crew in Jollied and McDonald’s Fast Food Chain.
Ms. Deal Cruz is very hardworking and that’s what made her to be promoted as Manager of Jollied in the year 2017. As the General Manager she oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, raining and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.Kitchen Manager/Chef – GELDED GONZALES The Kitchen Manager for FUN-Angina will be Gelded Gonzales. She has an extensive background in the restaurant industry’. She enrolled herself on a Culinary School where she attains her expertise in cooking.
After graduating, she becomes a chef in a well known restaurant in Manila. On 3 years of being a Chef she was promoted as a head chef of the same restaurant. Indeed, she is a hardworking and at the same time excellent in cooking.As Kitchen Manager, Gelded Gonzales will be directly responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control and sanitation and cleanliness.
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT Each partner shall have an equal voice in the management of the partnership and shall have authority to bind the partnership in making entrants and incurring obligations in the name and on the credit of the firm.However, no partner shall incur any obligations in the name on the credit of the firm exceeding amount without the express written consent of the other partner.
