S and coalition forces entered to Afghanistan was stabilizing security, transferring the political power, school opening for children boys and girls, preparing the new constitution, and some others hose all had don accurately.Agency function:- In the first years the problem and challenges was very huge and complicate due to over 3 decade of war conflict.
All our infra and supra were devastated such as economics, disaster roads, collapsed buildings, large number of immigration, electricity, illiteracy and so on… Building of all these were really hard and but we had to do and build our disaster country and miserable people. In this time the afghan people were really in need to good person for their leadership and an educated work team to manage for going forward and progress.After near 12 years that Afghanistan passed, still our country is moving backward due to mismanagement and the current mismanagement derive form no powerful and strong leadership.
Currently the administration corruption, the rebels, insecurity, non existence of equilibrium education system, poverty, human rights, gender equity, and etc… That people of Afghanistan face already and day by day all the above mentioned point getting deep and deeper. Why? The answer is very clear, I call it MISMANAGEMENT.
As we know all problem won’t solve in one day or month even one year.But by using some several management functions and a professional work team which they must be honest and patriot we could serve very strongly for making our homeland better than predict several upcoming years. This good management behavior will modify the upcoming year in the future by selecting these below functions. Professionalism: recruitment of the high rank people in a government position still with non professionalism standards, the main reason of not going forward in Afghanistan is non professionalism.The massive of employee are not professional and some of hose who have professionalism are working in position which is not their educational major and this derive the big problem.
So, like this HRS management believe and it can assume underlying for devastating the society. Rendering services: gradually we must be prepare for how to serve to our people and help them for developing, the facilitating of administration work, creating jobs, anti corruption actions, law enforcement on all society equally, providing the a very good educational system, fundamental reform in higher education and vocational, and etc…? Still we couldn’t implement any above option from origin that’s why our leadership was contaminated to corruption and they lead their own business. Poor rendering services caused that day by day our people become untrustworthy to their government and it can save the people and the government space.
