CSR Organization and Structure of CSR Frame Work Their CSR Organization has a Corporate CSR committee headed by the Chairman and comprising of a Core monitoring group. The core-monitoring group is responsible for resource allocation and monitoring of effective CSR implementation across all the usiness units of ABCTCL. Their CSR framework is structured to clearly identify the Key focus areas (KEA) and the corresponding performance criteria under each of the focus area. The IJTZ Certified Code of Conduct is a recognized global “decency” standard for coffee, and and efficient farm management. Majority of coffee farms across their supply chain, wherein they have a major stake are IJTZ certified for sustainable agricultural practices with least impact to surrounding forests and wildlife. There are no mechanized dryer – all coffee is naturally sundried and they employ integrated pest management to reduce pesticide usage.

They have been focusing on energy conservation by using LED bulbs instead of CFL bulbs and also using LED for their signs. The college has trained students many of whom have found employment at CCD outlets across the country. Courses offered include Certificate Course in Hospitality Management & Micro Finance. The Trust bears the entire expenses of the course which includes imparting education, providing food and accommodation, uniforms and transport facilities. The trained students are guaranteed employment. Current employees are involved actively in SVGH programs and help by conducting modules etc. They also award scholarships to children in need.
