The organization that will be explored in this paper is The Department Of Children and Family Services located in the state of Florida. Mission and Vision The mission of The Department of Children and Family Services located in the state of Florida is to protect the vulnerable, promote strong and economically self-sufficient families, and advance personal and family recovery and resiliency.The vision is that every child in Florida lives in a safe, stable, permanent home, nurtured by healthy families and strong communities. This new Five Year Child and Family Services Plan (CFSP) reflects this vision and is supported by the Department of Children and Families Strategic Direction Plan and the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). This organization spealizes in helping families and children in every capacity that is needed There are several services that this organization offers such as feeding and sheltering the hungry and the homeless. They also offers services for the abused, disabled, the elderly, the community and many more.
One of the main objectives of this organization takes priority in is to make sure these families and children have a safe and stable environment to live in. Although this agency focuses on the protection of children it also seeks ways to prevent maltreatment of minor’s altogether, as well as securing the family structure (“Department Of Children And Family Services”, 2009). Organization Structure The Department of Children and Families agency has a great perspective on amily structure which, has to be governed by experienced professional staff.This organization is made up of 18 different departments, such as a variety of consultative to give assistance to clientele, communication and employee services to monitoring and regulations, and also legal services.

Those served or affected by the program which, consist of Patients or clients, advocacy groups, community members, and elected officials. Those who are intended users of the evaluation findings which, consist of Persons in a position to make decisions about the program, such as partners, funding agencies, coalition members, and the general public or taxpayers.
